Jennifer Scott began studying dance at the age of four at The Dance Prism in Concord, Massachusetts. Scott has an enduring relationship with the Boston Ballet School, having studied from 1987 to1995, performing in a number of Boston Ballet Company performances, including The Nutcracker.
After Boston Ballet School, Scott went from the Ballet Academy in Arlington, Massachusetts under Frances Kotelly, to studying dance with Bradford College, an audition-only company. Scott transferred to the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, graduating in 2003 with a degree in English communications.
Scott teaches at Boston Ballet School’s North Shore studio in the Children’s and Classical Ballet Program. Scott has also choreographed several local musicals in the last ten years.
Scott has a daughter, Isabella, five, and a son Bentley, nine months.
