- Pilates and Conditioning
Peter Donohoe, born in Dublin, Ireland, has been with Boston Ballet School since 2007, where he has been teaching and developing the Pilates and Conditioning programs.
In that time, he has developed a system specifically for the dance student to help them avoid injury and enhance their performance. Donohoe’s dance background is in Irish Step dancing where he trained for several years in Ireland. His athletic career in track and bobsledding has given him the unique experience and skill to support young dance students who need corrective exercise, stability, injury prevention and conditioning work.
Donohoe holds fitness certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sport Sciences Association, has over 20 years of training experience and has competed in two Olympic Games.
