Description
A Boston Ballet internship is an opportunity to learn about the inner workings of an executive department at a non-profit arts organization. Interns with Boston Ballet serve as integral team members assisting with daily operations as well as long term goals. Benefits include discounted ballet classes. The primary roles and responsibilities of the Executive Department intern includes assisting the Executive administrator, creating the Board of Trustees Handbook, organizing and updating files, attending meetings utilizing Meeting Planner and Tessitura, and completing other projects as assigned. This internship provides an invaluable experience in an executive environment.
Qualifications
- Sophomore, junior or senior
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to multi-task
