  • Free or discounted tickets to external performing arts available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Free open adult dance classes for employees or one family member.
  • Full-time employees who have completed one year of service, and who matriculate to Northeastern University’s College of Professional Service for a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Certificate Program are eligible for an award equal to 25% of the per credit charge for the duration of the student’s program of study while they remain a Boston Ballet employee.

Internships

Boston Ballet offers internships for undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in arts administration and an opportunity to experience a nonprofit organization. Internships are unpaid and are available in the Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer.

The Ballet asks for a commitment of 12-15 scheduled hours per week. The number of internships varies according to departmental and seasonal needs. Interns may receive academic credit for participation in Boston Ballet’s internship program. Active interns in the Fall or Winter/Spring semesters are eligible for complimentary tickets to season performances and discounted dance classes.
