        Art of Ballet Workshops

Boston Ballet School’s Art of Ballet Workshops present a lively and interactive overview of the dance world that is specifically geared towards the interests and ages of its audience. Led by expert faculty and staff, general topics include history of dance, training and choreography.

Also featured is a special glimpse behind the scenes of one of Boston Ballet’s current season’s productions. These presentations include real costumes and footwear from Boston Ballet’s costume shop as well as video clips specially chosen to bring the world of ballet alive to our audience. Lecturers intersperse factual information with entertaining anecdotes from their own performing careers.
