Ticket Donations
Boston Ballet is proud to support the wonderful work of many charitable organizations that encourage arts, education and healthcare within the Boston community. Every year Boston Ballet provides ticket donations to 150 organizations, awarding thousands of dollars worth of tickets to help support the efforts of these organizations. Please provide us with the name of an appropriate contact at your organization so we might continue to expand our relationship with you.
Requests must include the following to be considered for ticket donation:
1. We must limit our donations to auctions only that fall under the category of arts or education. Events that are strictly raffles or not affiliated with arts or education are not eligible for a donation of tickets.
2. Please send your request on organization letterhead and include the full name of the organization, a contact name, phone number, and the date of your auction.
3. Auction must fall within the appropriate time frame as we cannot honor requests for specific ballets or performances.
4. Organizations must agree to list Boston Ballet’s name or logo, the title of the ballet, and the date and time of the performance(s) in the auction program.
5. You must include a self addressed stamped legal sized envelope to be considered for a donation. Requests made via email or phone will NOT be considered.
Ticket donations for the 2011-2012 season will operate as follows:

The first 50 recipients for will be selected by lottery on Monday, October 10, 2011.
Another 50 recipients will be selected by lottery on Monday, February 6, 2012.
The final 50 recipients will be selected by lottery on Monday, April 9, 2012.
Non-profit organizations are responsible for alerting the auction winner of the voucher redemption procedures.
