2. Please read all of the registration materials completely.

3. Please complete the two-page registration form and health insurance form completely, remembering to select the class, sign the form and include payment. No registrations are accepted by phone, fax or email and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Mail the forms and payment to:

5. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the class you selected has reached its maximum capacity when we receive your registration paper work, you will be notified by phone and/or email to chose a second option if one is available. You will be placed on the waiting list if no other options are available or if you would like to wait for a spot to open in the class. If a spot becomes available in the class, you will be notified and will have to confirm if you would like to join the class at that time. No money will be processed until you receive a place in the class.
