        Elizebeth Randall

        Elizebeth Randall grew up dancing in beautiful Santa Cruz, CA.  She trained with Ruth Fisher and Valentina Belova and performed nationally as a member of Santa Cruz Ballet Theater.  Summer training intensives included the Joffrey Ballet School, ODC/Dance, and the José Limón Institute.  Elizebeth holds a B.A. in Dance from San Francisco State University (2003) and an M.F.A. in Dance Performance & Choreography from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts (2009).   She studied at NYU on a full scholarship Dean’s Fellowship and was honored with the position of Graduate Student Assistant in Dance History.

        Elizebeth has performed professionally as a member of San Francisco-based companies Liss Fain Dance, Deborah Slater Dance Theater, Dance Ceres, Davalos Dance Company, Motivity Aerial Dance, and Paco Gomes & Dancers, and with New York-based James Martin Music/Dance.  She performed and taught on two tours to Bahia, Brazil and performed in the 2006 Edinburgh International Fringe Festival.  Currently, Elizebeth dances for Boston choreographers Margot Parsons and Mariah Steele.

        Elizebeth has enjoyed teaching ballet, modern dance, choreography, and improvisation for many years at numerous studios and public schools.  She was an assistant instructor at San Francisco State for four years and has been on faculty at Volée Dance, Shawl-Anderson Dance Center, Lamorinda Ballet Center, and The Studio School of Classical Ballet.  Her choreography has been featured at the American College Dance Festival and presented by Volée Dance, Lamorinda Ballet Center, Carlmont High School, and NYU's Second Avenue Dance Company.  Elizebeth joined the faculty of Boston Ballet School in 2009.
