        Back to Basics Week

        Back to Basics header

Back to Basics is designed to offer an introduction to classical ballet for first-timers, or as a refresher for those returning to class. Students will be able to learn the foundations of ballet, including barre and centre work, focusing on correct posture and alignment. Back to Basics is a chance to study more slowly and prepare for the Beginner Level open classes.

There are five Back to Basics weeks held throughout the year during the weeks of September 26, November 28, January 30, March 26 and May 21 during the Beginner level Open Adult classes.
