• Most out-of-town students choose to rent an apartment within-walking distance of Boston Ballet’s Studios in Boston’s beautiful South End neighborhood or live with a local School family. Students generally share apartments with other Boston Ballet School students.   BBS provides a Housing Guide to help Parents start their apartment search and get to know the South End’s real estate options.  We also help connect out-of-town students with other students who are looking for roommates and advise and guide them in their search.
  
  Note: After four successful years, Grace Performing Arts Academy, Boston Ballet School’s residential partner, has announced plans to expand and relocate its residential program to downtown Boston.  GPAA will not be offering student services for the 2012-2013 school year.

  Students are able to transfer their academic studies to local schools in the Boston area.  Many students attend the Newman School, whose schedule partners well with classes at BBS.  For more information please visit www.newmanboston.org.   Other students are able to continue their schooling on-line with their high school or home-schooling system.
