Arrival Information
Registration will take place on Saturday, June 27 from 10:00am to 6:00pm at Boston University, 91 Bay State Rd. Please note that the Boston Ballet cannot accommodate students arriving before Saturday, June 27 at 10:00am. Please note: Male Merit Award Students check in on June 26. Learn more. Departure Information
All students must have their possessions out of the dormitory and their keys turned in by 12:00pm on Saturday, August 1. No classes will be held on Saturday, August 1. Please note that Boston Ballet cannot accommodate students after 12:00pm on August 1.Shuttle Buses
Departure shuttle buses to Logan airport (Terminal C) will be departing during the morning of Saturday, August 1 from Boston University. Shuttle services will begin at 6:00am, and the last shuttle bus to Logan will leave at 12:00pm. These shuttles are available to Summer Program students and their family members. There is a $17.00 one way shuttle fee ($34.00 round trip) per person. Pre-registration is required. Forms for shuttle registration will be mailed in April.
Early Departures
Students may be signed out from the program by a parent or guardian on the evening of Friday, July 31, but must notify the Administrative and Residential Staff before doing so. Please keep in mind that depending on casting, students may be performing in the Workshop Performance on Friday evening.
