GROUP PLACEMENT CLASSES
New applicants 8 and up (age as of September 1, 2008) who are not currently Boston Ballet School students must attend a placement class. Group placement classes have been scheduled for winter and spring 2008:

BOSTON STUDIO – Saturday, February 9th, 2008

• Placement class begins: 3:00 pm

METROWEST STUDIO – Saturday, May 17th, 2008

• Sign-in time: 1:30-2:15 pm
• Placement class begins: 2:30 pm

If you are interested in attending one of our group placements, pre-registration is required. A $25 fee will be collected on the day of the placement class. Placement classes take approximately one hour but may vary based on the age and number of students who attend.

Applicants unable to attend a group placement class should contact the Boston Ballet School administrator at the preferred studio location to arrange an individual placement class or download video audition information.

Placement Class Fee: $25.00
Pre-registration: Required.
Attire: Girls: Leotard, tights, ballet slippers (pointe shoes if applicable)
Boys: Leotard / T-shirt, tights, ballet slippers

All students should arrive at the appropriate registration time listed above in order to sign-in on the day of the placement class. Please wear regular ballet attire (no skirts or leg warmers allowed) and pull hair back neatly and securely off of the neck. Students with pointe experience should bring their pointe shoes with them. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Studio Administrator at the location you are planning to attend the placement class. Results will be mailed to students within two weeks of the placement class with the appropriate registration materials.
