Boston Ballet at The Strand Theatre

Boston Ballet company dancers, Boston Ballet II and Boston Ballet School students present two free performances at The Strand Theatre, Friday, March 12. The interactive program, a dynamic introduction to a variety of dance forms, will demonstrate the versatility and relativity of today’s dance and dancers. Boston Ballet will present a 10:30am performance for Boston Public Schools and a 4:30pm performance for and general public. The event is sponsored by the City of Boston and Karmaloop. 9 AM - Experience Boston Ballet's profound work in the community. Boston Ballet's Adaptive Dance program partners with the Children's Hospital to give the gift of dance and movement to children with Down Syndrome. View a class and stay for breakfast and a roundtable discussion with a program instructor.
