What are Season productions?
Season productions are all productions run by Boston Ballet, excluding The Nutcracker.
Do groups receive a discount?
Groups of 10+ save up to 50% off on regular single ticket prices on all Season productions. Groups of 20+ people save up to 50% on the regular single ticket prices on select performances of The Nutcracker. Call (617) 456 -6343 for applicable performances and prices.
Do groups get free tickets?
FREE tickets are offered to groups based on group size and availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Boston Ballet requires a non-refundable, partial deposit within 2 weeks of placing your order and a full payment within 30 days of the performance date. Payment must be in the form of a single check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). Full payment by credit card is required for orders placed one month or less before the desired performance date. You are always welcome to increase your numbers.
When can we order?
The 2009-2010 Season went on sale April 14. Call us at (617) 456-6343 to order your tickets today. Remember - the earlier you order, the better assurance you'll have for great seats and the best prices!
Do you charge us any additional fees?
Boston Ballet charges $12.00 per group.
When do we get our tickets?
After your final payment is accepted for your order, your tickets will be mailed to you. If you prefer to pick them up at the theater's Box Office the night of the performance, you can do so, but we suggest getting there at least 30 minutes before the performance begins.
Can we all sit in the same section of the theater?
Boston Ballet will try our best to accommodate your seating requests, but sometimes it is difficult to seat everyone together, especially for larger groups. The key to getting the seats you want is to order early.
Where can our group go to eat before or after the ballet?
There are many restaurants located near The Wang Theater and the Opera House. Please visit our Group Dining Discounts for more information.
