        Group Sales FAQ

        Do groups receive a discount?
Yes, depending on the performance, groups can save up to 50% on full priced tickets.  A group must consist of a minimum of 10 people.  Call the Boston Ballet Box Office at 617.695.6955 for availability and pricing Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5pm.

        Do groups get free tickets?
FREE tickets are offered to groups based on group size and availability. Group leaders may request one complimentary ticket per 20 tickets ordered, a limit of 5 complimentary tickets per ballet and a total limit of 20 complimentary tickets per patron.

        Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Boston Ballet requires a non-refundable, partial deposit within 10 business days of placing your order and a full payment within 30 days of the performance date. Payment must be in the form of a single check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). Full payment by credit card is required for orders placed one month or less before the desired performance date.

        When can groups order tickets?
The 2011-2012 season is on sale now. Call the Boston Ballet Box Office at 617.695.6955 Mon-Fri, 9:30am-5pm to order your tickets today or send an email to tickets@bostonballet.org. Order early for the best seats at the best prices!

        Are groups charged any fees?
Groups are charged a $12.00 handling fee per order. An additional fee will be charge for additional tickets ordered.

When do groups receive their tickets?
After a final payment is received and processed, group sales tickets are mailed. If preferred, a group may pick up their tickets at the 19 Clarendon Street box office instead. We discourage picking up group sales tickets at The Boston Opera House on the night of a performance.

Will a group be seated in the same section of the theatre?
Most groups can and will be seated together. For larger groups, sometimes it is difficult to seat everyone together.

Where can our group go to eat before or after the ballet?
There are many restaurants located near The Boston Opera House. Visit http://www.bostonbid.org/ or call the Box Office at 617.695.6955 for more information, M-F, 9:30am-5pm.
