If you have purchased tickets from an unauthorized ticket dealer and arrive at the theatre unknowingly with a fraudulent ticket, or you arrive at your seat to find someone has been sold the exact same seat, Boston Ballet cannot honor, refund, or exchange those tickets.
The most economic way to purchase tickets is through group sales, a season subscription, or through Boston Ballet authorized ticket agencies.
