Boston Ballet's Adaptive Dance Program

CLASSES

Adaptive Dance offers three types of classes:
● Specialized classes for individuals with Down syndrome ages 2–adult in Boston and Newton (Friday and Saturday)
● Specialized classes for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders ages 5–adult in Boston and Newton (Saturday)
● Inclusive classes for individuals of all abilities and needs ages 5–adult in the North Shore (Tuesday) and Newton (Saturday)

Registration

New Students
An intake interview is required for all new students and is held prior to the start of the school year. We use information from the registration materials and intake interview to make a placement recommendation and do our best to find a class for all interested students. If the recommended class is full, individuals may be placed on a waitlist.  Please note, the $25 intake interview registration fee is non-refundable and will be applied towards Adaptive Dance tuition if you decide to register for the program. If you do not currently have an account with Boston Ballet, when registering for an Intake Interview, please create a parental/guardian account, you will be asked to add your child's information during the registration process.

Returning Students
Space is limited and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible when program registration becomes available.
