COVID-19 Protocols: Beginning January 15, 2022 we are requiring all students and parents/guardians/chaperones age 12+ to show proof of one dose of COVID-19 vaccination in order to come on-site as part of our ongoing COVID-19 risk reduction plan. Starting Tuesday, February 15, people age 12+ must show proof of full vaccination. Effective March 1, children ages 5–11 must show proof of one dose of vaccination and must show proof of full vaccination by May 1. Learn about all of our COVID-19 Risk Reduction protocols here.

New Students

An intake interview is required for all new students and is held prior to the start of the school year.  We use information from the registration materials and intake interview to make a placement recommendation and do our best to find a class for all interested students. If the recommended class is full, individuals may be placed on a waitlist.  Please note, the $25 intake interview registration fee is non-refundable and will be applied towards Adaptive Dance tuition if you decide to register for the program. Intake interviews take place over the phone between a family member and a member of staff. Registration for Intake Interviews for the 2021-2022 Program is now available using the button below.
