Ballet and Art Explorations

The safety of our students is our top priority. Boston Ballet School has been operating with the most up-to-date health and safetly protocols including thorough cleaning procedures, staggered arrival and dismissal times, enforced mask use, and social distancing. New this year, Boston Ballet School will be partnering with the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the New Philharmonia Orchestra to immerse students in collaborative cultural learning and activities. Ballet technique and musicality are explored through original activities developed by expert faculty members. This program guides students on a journey from understanding  the use of space to the creation of original dances. No experience required – beginners welcome!

Ages: 5-8 (for BBS students who will be in Pre-Ballet 1-Elementary 1 in the 2021/2022 school year and Citydance students)
Dates: August 2–12, 2021; Monday-Thursday 9 am-3 pm
Location: Newton Studio, 153 Needham Street
Price: $900
