The best seats at the best price
Subscribers receive priority seating before the general public always and lock in the biggest savings of the season.

Free exchanges
Principal (5-ballet) and Quartet (4-ballet) package subscribers receive unlimited exchanges free of charge. Trio (3-ballet) package subscribers recieve 1 free exchange per ballet. Dynamic Duo (Choose your own 2-ballets) subscribers pay a small fee for exchange privileges.

Free flex exchange
Once per season if you’d like to exchange tickets from one production to a different production, do it absolutely free with as little as one business days’ notice. Available for Principal, Quartet, and Trio package holders.

Subscriber standby / missed performance insurance
Subscribers who miss their scheduled performance can call or come in person to receive replacement tickets to a subsequent performance of the same production. Comparable seating is not guaranteed. Subscriber standby is available for any Principal, Quartet, or Trio subscription. Not valid for The Nutcracker and other non-subscription ticket purchases.

See any season performance again for $40
Principal (5-ballet), Quartet (4-ballet), and Trio (3-ballet) package subscribers can see a performance again for just $40 per ticket. Simply call the Box Office at 617.695.6955, Mon–Fri, 9:30am–5pm to arrange your tickets. One See-It-Again ticket per subscription ticket please. Comparable seating is not guaranteed. Not valid for The Nutcracker and other non-subscription ticket purchases.

Save on additional tickets and fees
Subscribers save 5% - 15% on additional ticket purchases (savings depends on your subscription package) and we’ll waive the ticket handling fees.

Two free additional tickets
Principal package (5-ballet) subscribers receive two free vouchers per household that can be redeemed for tickets to any performance of select season ballets.

One free seat upgrade per season
Principal package (5-ballet) subscribers may request a free seat upgrade once a season on tickets to one ballet of your choice. Simply call the Box Office at 617.695.6955, Mon–Fri, 9:30am–5pm at least one business day before your scheduled performance to arrange your seat upgrade. Not valid for The Nutcracker and other non-subscription ticket purchases.

Ticket donation
Subscribers who can’t attend their scheduled performance can donate their tickets back to Boston Ballet for a tax-deduction receipt. Tickets must be returned at least one business day prior to the performance you cannot attend.

Save at the Boston Ballet Shop
Principal package (5-ballet) subscribers enjoy a 20% discount all season long at Boston Ballet’s Shop. All other subscribers receive a 10% discount all season long. Show your Subscriber ID in the theater or studio, or use the promo code on the back of your ID and shop online.
