Biography

Rimi Nakano began her dance training with Kishibe Ballet in Tokyo. In 2016, she joined The Royal Ballet School in London and graduated in 2021. While at The Royal Ballet School, she performed in The Nutcracker, Ninette de Valois’s Coppélia, Kenneth MacMillian’s Elite Syncopation, and Ben Stevenson’s Three Preludes.

She won first place at the Youth America Grand Prix in 2014 and placed in the Top 12 in 2015.

Nakano joined Boston Ballet II in 2021.
