Joined Boston Ballet in 2024

Biography

Samuel Yuan joined Singapore Ballet’s Scholar program in 2016 and trained there until 2021. He continued his training at The Dutch National Ballet Academy until graduating in 2023.  

His repertoire includes Rachel Beaujean’s Raymonda, William Forsythe’s Artifact Suite, Ernst Meisner’s Poulenc Suite, Marius Petipa’s The Sleeping Beauty, Toer van Schayk’s The Nutcracker, and Jera Wolfe’s Arise. 

Yuan joined Boston Ballet II in 2023, and was promoted to artist of the Company in 2024.
