Renew in just four steps:

1. LOG IN to your Boston Ballet account. Use the email address on your subscription renewal form.* If you don’t remember your password, click RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD.
2. Review your prepopulated 2026–2027 subscription order/s and click CONTINUE.
3. If you would like to request any changes, please note them and click ADD CHANGE REQUEST. Otherwise, click SKIP THIS STEP.
4. Review your cart, make any changes, and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

If no email address was printed on your renewal materials and you still wish to renew online, please email us at TICKETS@BOSTONBALLET.ORG. Please include your name, customer account number, and the email address you wish to have added to your Boston Ballet account. We will send you a confirmation and login instructions in one to two business days.
