Alberto Gil Vicente began his dance training at the Professional Conservatory of Madrid, graduating with honors and earning the Final Award in Classical Dance. At age 15, he received a scholarship to the Royal Ballet School in London, graduating in 2025.
His repertoire includes Sir Frederick Ashton’s Cinderella and La Valse, Gemma Bond’s Assemblage, John Cranko’s Onegin, Kenneth MacMillan’s Romeo and Juliet, Mikaella Polley’s Fast Blue, Arielle Smith’s Culmination, and Christopher Wheeldon’s Alice in Wonderland.
Gil Vicente has received gold medals and recognition at many competitions, including the International Competition in Havana Cuba, Tanzolymp, Dance Open America, Sibiu Ballet Competition, and Youth America Grand Prix.
Gil Vicente joined Boston Ballet II in 2025.
