SUPPORT. ACCESS. CONNECT.

This vibrant group of young supporters ages 21–40 receive unique opportunities to engage with the art and artists of Boston Ballet at behind-the-scenes networking and social events.

Throughout the season, Young Partners are invited to support Boston’s dynamic arts scene and connect with like-minded young professionals and company dancers at intimate Beyond the Stage salon talks, Glass After Class ballet workshops led by a company dancer, post-performance OFFSTAGE meet-ups downtown, select volunteer opportunities, and more.

Young Partners represent the future of Boston Ballet by cultivating the next generation of donors, patrons, and ballet leadership. Benefits begin with a $250 gift and increasing opportunities are unlocked at each giving level.  Join this lively group of young professionals with a donation today!

Young Partners Council

The Young Partners Council is the leadership board of the Young Partners. Through attendance at the season’s events and participation in quarterly meetings, council members represent this dynamic group of young patrons to the organization and act as ambassadors of Boston Ballet to its next generation of supporters. Comprised of twelve volunteer members and company dancers, the council helps drive the program’s philanthropic, event, and social media strategies to ensure that we are thoughtfully engaging Young Partners while supporting the institutional priorities of Boston Ballet. Specific roles may include: social media chair, stewardship chair, Boston Ballet School representative, ECI (Education and Community Initiatives) representative, and Advisory Committee liaison.

Advisory Committee

The Young Partners Advisory Committee is an opportunity for task-driven and strategic-minded Young Partners who are interested in learning more about the business side of Boston Ballet. Committee members lend external perspectives and industry expertise on short-term and special institutional projects at select meetings throughout the year. Past topics have included: Boston Ballet 101, Millennial Audience Development, and Corporate Partnerships.

Host an Event

Interested in hosting a salon talk or other Young Partners events in your home? Do you have access to a communal event space in your apartment building or other venue? We’d love to partner with you! Hosting smaller events in a private home or business of a Young Partner allows us to further engage this lively group of young patrons in a more intimate and collegial setting.

Young Partners Fundraising Initiative: Funding The Future

Through our Funding the Future campaign, we hope to leave a lasting impression on the future of the Ballet and dance education.
