Biography

Emily Aston began her dance training at Los Gatos Ballet. She attended summer programs at San Francisco Ballet School, American Ballet Theatre School, School of American Ballet, and Boston Ballet School (BBS). In 2022, she graduated from BBS’s Professional Division at Walnut Hill and continued with Boston Ballet School’s Graduate Program. 

Her repertoire includes Arianna Hughlett’s Stories, Ja’ Mali’s Light Migrations, Joseph Mazilier’s Le Corsaire, Mikko Nissinen’s The Nutcracker, Rudolf Nureyev’s Don Quixote, and Marius Petipa’s The Sleeping Beauty. 

Aston joined Boston Ballet II in 2023 and then promoted to artist of the Company in 2024.
