Biography

Mollie Frederiksen is a dancer and physical therapist based out of the North Shore. Dancing since the age of 3, she has performed with Neverland Theater, Open Road Theater, Boston Dance Company, Allegro Dance Ensemble, Albany Berkshire Ballet, and the North Shore Civic Ballet. She has performed in works created by Doris Humphrey, Ohad Naharin, Terese Freedman, Jim Coleman, Rose Flachs, Zoe Henrot, Diane Coburn-Bruning, Ivan Korn, Adrienne Hawkins, Debra Vega, and Jennifer Weber.

Frederiksen graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2013 with a BA in dance before attending MGH Institute of Health Professions, where she received her DPT in 2017. Now a pediatric clinical specialist, Frederiksen enjoys working with dancers of all ages and abilities at Bay State Physical Therapy and with Boston Ballet School’s Adaptive Dance Program.
