In Foundations 3, the students continue to come to class twice a week, and for the first time each of these classes are extended to 90 minutes long. This allows students to expand on the amount of vocabulary covered in each class and build greater focus and stamina. By the end of their journey through the Foundations levels, students will have developed the focus, alignment, control, balance, rotation, coordination, spatial awareness, and musicality throughout all their classwork to be ready to successfully join Classical Ballet 1.
