Boston Ballet School offers a variety of classes for adult dancers, 16 and older. We offer two distinct programs covering a range in abilities throughout the year.

Adult Open Classes

Open Adult Classes are available for adults, 16 years and older, with and without previous ballet experience. These classes are offered at each of our studios on a drop-in basis with no pre-registration required.

Back to Basics Week

Back to Basics classes are offered periodically throughout the year in Beginner Level Open Adult Classes and allow students to learn the foundations of ballet.

Adult Summer Dance Program

Boston Ballet's Adult Summer Dance Program now offers adult students 16 and older a two week-long opportunity to study ballet, Pilates, modern and repertory.
